Making “Fruit Roll Ups” in a dehydrator is so fun. You get to make flavors you really like with real food and no … caution, I’m about to use a nasty word… high fructose corn syrup. So here are the fruit and yogurt rolls that take no time to prep and are perfect for an afternoon snack.
1 1/2 Cup low fat organic vanilla yogurt
1/4 raspberry jam (home made is best)
1 inch of fresh ginger, grated
Blend all the ingredients together well. Spread on oiled dehydrator flex mat. Dehydrate 6+ hours at 110 degrees. Brand of yogurt and fat content can change drying time slightly. Pull off mat and wrap with wax paper. Cut into strips with kitchen scissors. Yogurt rolls will get tacky again from moisture in the air. Eat them within a few days.
