I use this frosting for brownies. It’s also great on cup cakes or anything that can be improved by fudgey goodness. So not sardines, but yes pound cake.
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 Cup fair trade cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
2-3 Cups powdered sugar (to desired stiffness)
Whip cheese with vanilla til fluffy. Add cocoa and 2 Cups of sugar. Whip with electric mixer until evenly incorporated. Use immediately or keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
